Recruiting a GP Doctor – Home Care Division, for our client who are a well respecetd and long established chain of multi-specialty clinics based in Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, now expanding into the Home Care sector.

Role: GP Doctor – Home Care Division

Location: Dubai, UAE

Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week, various timings and some weekend cover

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, AED 20,000 + standard benefits

Summary: To provide in-house care to a wide range of patients with varying levels of illness, offering care programme management, assisting a team of Nurse and Carers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have a Medical Degree & qualified as a General Practitioner
  • Must have a minimum 2 yrs experience
  • Must have a DHA licence
  • Must already be located resident in the UAE
  • MUST be fluent English speaking
  • IDEALLY with qualifications, training and experience from outside of the UAE

Primary Responsibility:

  • Conducting Physical examinations
  • Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses/ailments
  • Health education
  • Practice management and administration
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals and hospitals
  • Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
  • Manage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Liaise with, and maintain partnerships with other local community organisations
  • Role split between 50% medical tasks and 50% patient management tasks
  • Dealing with Insurance companies regarding payment plans
  • Visit patients in home to write medical reports, following codes, scoring for patient approval
  • Input on Nursing care programme. Monitoring patient status on daily basis
  • Perform initial patient assessment
  • Manage programme Schemes.
